Founded in 2016 in San Francisco’s Design District, Parkside Hardwoods was created as an alternative to the standard hardwood flooring dealership experience. The showroom grew to be a destination for architects, designers, contractors and homeowners looking for superior flooring with professional, individualized attention to their projects. We have proudly supplied flooring for hundreds of projects throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.

Meet Mike
Owner Mike Cullinan grew up in the Parkside District, making the name of his business a natural fit. He has extensive knowledge of construction projects and understands both the newest trends and the timeless classics prevalent within the market.
Mike has been in the flooring business for over 30 years — working as a manufacturer’s representative, in distribution, in installation, and as a dealer. He has provided flooring for a wide range of projects including private residences, large condominium developments, offices, corporate headquarters and restaurants.
As a certified inspector with the National Wood Flooring Association, he is also an expert in the physics and natural aspects of hardwood flooring. A combination of industry experience and education, coupled with a lifelong passion for woodworking, makes Mike a rare asset in the flooring industry.
